Yi is an associate in our Financial Services Regulatory team. She works with a range of clients, including banks, asset managers, payment institutions and other financial services firms.
Yi has experience advising on large-scale cross-border business across multiple global jurisdictions. She also supports clients on significant regulatory projects, including advising on UK and EU regulations, change in control, and ongoing conduct of business requirements, helping clients navigate complex and evolving regulatory frameworks.
