Rob's practice focuses on high-value (re)insurance coverage disputes across several lines of business, most notably excess casualty/Bermuda Form, product liability, professional liability, and reinsurance. He regularly represents (re)insurers in international arbitrations and English Commercial Court proceedings.
Rob frequently works as part of a multi-jurisdictional team representing (re)insurers on their most complex and high-profile international disputes.
