Henry is an Associate in the Insurance and Construction team. He acts for London market, US and Bermuda carriers on multi-layer and cross-border (re)insurance matters, from initial advice on policy response through to arbitration.
Henry’s practice focuses on Bermuda Form excess liability policies (typically governed by New York law with English-seated arbitration), financial institutions and D&O programmes, W&I and broader management liability risks across both primary and excess layers. He has also completed an in-house secondment within a Financial Lines claims team at a global insurer, handling D&O major losses (with exposures of up to US$10 million per line), giving him practical insight into claims handling, reserving and insurer decision-making.
