Jenny is Counsel in the firm’s Insurance and Construction Group. She is an experienced construction disputes lawyer who provides contractual, practical, operational and risk management advice to clients across the infrastructure and energy sectors.
Jenny has a wide range of domestic dispute resolution experience, including litigation, adjudication and mediation. She has particular in depth experience advising on high value, distressed and strategically significant PPP and PFI disputes across the social infrastructure, renewables, utilities and transportation sectors. Jenny is a trusted adviser to infrastructure funds, debt providers, developers, service providers and contractors, and is regularly instructed on complex disputes requiring a coordinated commercial and legal strategy.
Recent examples of Jenny’s work include advising numerous PFI project companies on construction issues and service failings across PPP and PFI projects throughout the UK. She has also recently advised a leading build to rent real estate operator, developer and investor on building safety related claims arising out of a development in the South of England.
Jenny was shortlisted for Future Leader of the Year at the Partnerships Awards 2024 and was Highly Commended at the Pro Manchester Made in Manchester Awards – Lawyer of the Year 2020.
