Osahon is a Supervising Associate in the firm’s Banking team in London. He acts for a range of clients, including financial institutions, investment funds, and corporate borrowers, with experience spanning Europe and Africa.
He specialises in general corporate lending, acquisition finance, and fund finance for both lenders and borrowers, and advises on a wide range of complex cross-border finance transactions.
As a dual-qualified solicitor in England & Wales and Nigeria, Osahon has practised in sophisticated markets including the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, and Nigeria, bringing a broad perspective to his work.
Osahon joined the firm in 2026, having previously worked at leading firms in Guernsey and Lagos, where he advised on a wide range of finance transactions.
