Michelle is an Associate in the Structured Finance and Derivatives department. Her practice covers structured finance transactions, derivatives, and financial regulatory matters.
She advises financial institutions on transactional, compliance, and regulatory issues relating to a range of financial products. Michelle has completed a secondment with a major international bank in Hong Kong, supporting the legal team for markets and securities services.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, she worked as a regulator in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Futures Commission.
