Jayshree is a Supervising Associate in the Employment group and advises clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues, both contentious and non contentious. Her contentious experience includes defending employers in complex and high value Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing matters. On the non contentious side, Jayshree works closely with clients on day to day HR matters, and has experience advising on sensitive employment issues such as terminations, investigations, restrictive covenants and data subject access requests. She has also worked on large scale multi jurisdictional projects and supports on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions.
Jayshree re joined Simmons & Simmons in 2025 after spending time in house as Senior Legal Counsel in a global consultancy firm, focusing on EMEA employment matters and gaining valuable experience in cross border issues and delivering commercial, pragmatic advice.
