Norman is a Supervising Associate with the Firm’s Financial Services Regulatory Practice, based in Singapore. He advises global financial institutions on the full range of regulatory matters across their lifecycle, from licensing, business conduct rules, regulatory change programmes, cross-border projects and governance matters to other technical and complex issues. His clients include commercial and private banks, asset managers, brokerage houses, market operators, as well as payment providers and fintech firms.​

In recent times, Norman has advised on the implementation of distribution channels for digital asset marketplaces, asset tokenization projects and the use of generative and agentic artificial intelligence in financial services and products.​

Norman was previously seconded to the Payments Department of the Monetary Authority of Singapore in 2024-2025 where he was a designated officer in charge of reviewing licence applications under the Payment Services Act 2019 of Singapore.

Norman was admitted to practice law as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020.
