He advises a wide range of clients on public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments and exits, reorganisations and general corporate and commercial matters, on a domestic and cross-border basis.
Ray's recent experience includes advising:
- Honeywell on the $1.3 billion sale of its PPE business to a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners
- Leading UAE renewable energy company Masdar on a major €3.2bn (enterprise value) deal to acquire Greek renewables company Terna Energy
- Kester Capital on the acquisition of global clinical research organisation (CRO) EMAS Pharma
