Aoife is a Supervising Associate in the firm's Corporate group based in Dublin, having joined the firm in October 2024 from another international law firm. She advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity transactions, and corporate reorganisations.
Aoife has experience advising a broad range of Irish and international clients on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and TMT sectors.

- Petal Group (flowers.ie and flowers.ae) on its investment from Quintas Capital.
