Cíara is an associate in the Corporate team at the firm's Dublin office, having joined the firm in 2025.
She advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, venture debt and corporate restructurings. Cíara advises a range of Irish and international clients, ranging from SMEs to institutional investors on both domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of industries.
