He regularly supports regional and international clients on sensitive and high-stakes employment matters, delivering practical and commercially focused advice.
Youssab has strong experience advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, working closely with corporate and M&A teams on employment due diligence, risk assessment, and post-transaction workforce integration.
He also regularly advises on UAE pensions and Emiratisation compliance across the UAE and the wider GCC, helping clients navigate evolving regulatory frameworks.
