Kankouba is an associate in the Employment team of our Paris office.
She advises French and international clients on all aspects of employment law, both advisory and contentious.
Her experience covers day-to-day individual employment matters, including drafting employment documentation, the conduct of dismissal processes, negotiations and settlement agreements.
She also advises on collective matters, including relations with employee representatives, such as the implementation of collective agreements and policies, elections, information and consultation procedures, as well as collective redundancies.
Kankouba studied law in Wales and France and holds an LLB in English and French Law from Bangor University and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris Dauphine.
She gained experience at several international law firms before joining Simmons & Simmons as a trainee. Kankouba was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2026.
