Kimi Shah is an associate in the banking team, based in the London office. She focuses on corporate lending, leveraged finance, and acquisition finance transactions. Kimi has experience supporting and advising a broad range of clients - including financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and sponsors both on UK and cross-border financings.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons in 2026, Kimi trained and worked at another international law firm for nearly four and a half years, where she assisted on a variety of financing matters and developed a solid foundation in corporate lending, acquisition finance, and leveraged finance.
