Antoine is a Supervising Associate in our Employment group in Brussels. He advises domestic and international companies, as well as individuals, on all aspects of employment and social security law, both contentious and non-contentious.

Antoine’s practice encompasses a broad range of employment law issues, including individual and collective labour relations, well-being at work, equal treatment, self-employed status and management contracts, as well as social security, social inspections, and employment litigation. He provides clients with strategic HR legal advice, focusing on tailor-made and pragmatic solutions aligned with their operational and business needs.

Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Antoine worked at a boutique Brussels law firm specialising in employment and social security law, and at Fieldfisher LLP, where he advised both companies and individuals on a wide range of labour and employment law matters. He also spent a year as a research assistant at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) within the Department of Public and Social Law.

Antoine holds a Master’s degree in Law from UCLouvain and an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied California employment and labour law. Since October 2025, he has been appointed as a Deputy Judge at the French-speaking Labour Tribunal of Brussels.

He is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the Brussels Bar. Antoine’s mother tongue is French, and he is fluent in English and Dutch.
