Rida Jamal is a senior member of our Middle East Corporate team. She brings extensive experience advising international and local corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, with expertise across a range of sectors including energy, natural resources and infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, and financial institutions.
Rida also has significant experience in corporate advisory, restructuring, investment funds, and financial regulatory matters, acting for leading clients across the region — particularly in Saudi Arabia, where she is based.
She has been based in Riyadh for several years and joined the firm in 2025 from the corporate team of a Magic Circle law firm.
