Vannina, a managing associate based in London and Bristol, is a project development and finance expert within our Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure team. Her expertise lies in advising on complex international project development, financings, refinancings and restructurings with a particular focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors.
Vannina has extensive experience in advising financiers, development finance instructions, project sponsors and public sector entities on all finance aspects of projects, including multi-sourced and tranched project financings, portfolio financings, and other types of complex financing structures.
Vannina has led teams on deals across many jurisdictions, with a focus on emerging markets. Having trained at an international French law firm and being bilingual in English and French she is able to work seamlessly on projects in Francophone Africa.
Vannina’s practice includes a focus on sustainable finance and energy transition projects (including CCS, renewables and power, mining and infrastructure projects) and she is keen to support clients on navigating this area.
Vannina’s recent experience includes advising on renewable energy projects across Africa and Asia including wind, solar and hydroelectric and on conventional power infrastructure projects in Egypt and Jordan. She also has experience advising on digital infrastructure and transport projects.
