Dina is a Managing Associate in our Energy, Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Construction team based in the Middle East. She specialises in advising developers, sponsors, government entities, lenders and investors on the development, financing and procurement of complex large-scale energy and infrastructure projects across the KSA, UAE and Jordan.
Bilingual in Arabic and English and dual-qualified in both civil and common law jurisdictions, Dina brings a unique cross-border perspective to complex transactions. Her work includes advising on major power, water, infrastructure, transport, and data centre projects, where she is recognised for her ability to structure, draft, and negotiate sophisticated project and finance documentation with commercial precision and regional insight.
