Joanne is a consultant based in the London office. She is a highly experienced funds lawyer having previously advised on a broad range of investment fund matters, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt and other illiquid asset classes. Joanne has also advised institutional investors on the terms of their investments in third party funds and has assisted with the investment (whether direct, indirect, by joint venture or managed account) of more than US$1bn of investment.
Joanne now focuses on advising on the legal and regulatory environment in which funds operate and assists clients with their ongoing obligations and compliance requirements.
