Martin advises clients in the financial markets sector on all aspects of regulatory law and asset management, in particular with regard to investment funds.
Martin studied law at the University of Bayreuth and completed his legal clerkship in Hesse. During this time, he gained international experience at a leading international law firm in Frankfurt.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Martin worked as in-house lawyer at a major Frankfurt-based institution, specializing in capital markets law.
