Dr Max Hofmann is an Associate in our Frankfurt office. As a member of the Financial Markets practice group, he advises national and international clients on financial and capital markets law issues and transactions, particularly bonds, warrants and certificates.
Max studied law at the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg. While completing his doctorate, he worked as a research assistant for a legal refresher and revision course. During his legal clerkship in Bavaria, Max gained further professional experience in the Corporate/M&A practice area at an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and Chicago.
