Saira is an associate in the London Banking team, specialising in Fund Finance, acquisition finance and general corporate lending. She joined the firm in 2025 from a magic circle law firm.
She has experience advising both lenders and sponsors on a wide range of Fund Finance matters. Saira regularly acts on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions involving net asset value (NAV) facilities, umbrella facilities and subscription line facilities, across a broad range of sectors.
