Harmony is a supervising associate in our Financial Markets Group in Hong Kong. She specialises in funds finance and general corporate lending. Harmony joined the firm’s London office in 2024 from a leading US law firm, and has since transitioned to our Hong Kong practice.
Harmony has advised both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of bilateral and syndicated financings and refinancings, including secured capital call facilities (including SMA (separately-managed account) facilities), NAV (net asset value) facilities, management and co-investment facilities, and hybrid facilities. Her experience spans various fund types, such as real estate and infrastructure funds, private credit funds, private equity funds, secondaries funds, and venture capital funds. She also has experience in real estate finance transactions.
Her practice involves multi-jurisdictional structures in key markets including England & Wales, Luxembourg, Scotland, Guernsey, Jersey, France, Delaware, Cayman Islands and the Netherlands.
Harmony is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
