Martina Nicki is a supervising associate in the Financial Markets group in the Milan office, focusing on debt capital markets.
She has 10 years of experience covering a wide range of products within capital markets, focusing on offers and listings of debt instruments, as well as tender offers of securities for both Italian and international clients.
She has recently been seconded at Eni S.p.A. for a period of 9 months working with the DCM and project finance legal teams and finance teams within the company.
She is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
