Lara is an associate in our Corporate and Commercial Group based in the London office.
She advises a wide range of clients on public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments and exits, reorganisations and general corporate and commercial matters. She has a particular focus on cross-border transactions and matters, having previously spent time on secondment to our Singapore office.
Lara started her training contract at the firm in March 2022 and completed seats in Banking, Corporate, Disputes & Investigations and Derivatives and Structured Products (Singapore) before qualifying into the Corporate team in March 2024.
