Noor acts for a wide range of clients, including corporates, private equity firms, private family offices, and government entities, across multiple sectors.
Given her Middle Eastern heritage and understanding of the Middle East market and business culture as well as her Arabic language skills, she is able to execute complex transactions seamlessly, particularly where regulators are involved.
