Thibaud is Of Counsel at Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg's corporate and M&A practice, focusing on advising both national and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, asset purchases and corporate restructurings. He specialises on the structuring and implementation of complex mergers, divisions and acquisition transactions for private equity clients and corporations operating in various industries and furthermore advises on joint ventures, shareholders’ arrangements, the implementation of incentive plans and corporate matters.
Thibaud was admitted as Avocat at the Brussels Bar in 2013 and is admitted as Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg since 2020. He earned a Master’s degree in corporate and commercial law from the University of Leuven and a dual country Master in European Business from ESCP Europe Business School (London / Paris).
Before joining our Luxembourg office, Thibaud worked for international law firms in Luxembourg where he spent time working in Rotterdam and Brussels.
Thibaud is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
