Lucca is Of Counsel at Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg’s corporate and M&A practice. His activity has been primarily focused on the structuring and set-up of investment structures across the private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private debt sectors, advising on a wide range of commercial, corporate and financing aspects throughout their investment lifecycle.
Lucca also advised on a variety of cross-border acquisition transactions across the aforementioned sectors, joint ventures and management incentive schemes, as well as corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
A qualified lawyer in Brazil and Portugal, Lucca graduated from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC-SP, having obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business Law from Université Paris II – Panthéon-Assas. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Sacred Heart University – Jack Welch College of Business.
He speaks English and French fluently and is a native Portuguese speaker.
