Diane specialises in advising on investment and development real estate financings across different asset classes (including offices, hotels, retail, private rented sector, logistics and student accommodation). Diane acts for both borrowers/sponsors and lenders (including real estate debt funds) and has expertise in advising on senior and mezzanine financings (and related intercreditor arrangements) and cross-border financings with assets located across Europe (including Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and The Netherlands).
In addition to real estate finance, Diane has broad experience in a range of non-real estate finance banking products and has acted for a variety of lenders, corporate borrowers and sponsors on corporate/investment grade deals, special situations and lenders/steering committees on significant distressed restructurings, again on a cross-border basis.
Diane has previously been on secondment at a leading global investment bank and the largest global real estate private equity firm.
