Natalia is a supervising associate in our Dispute Resolution group in Madrid. She has over 20 years of experience in advising pharmaceutical, medical devices and medtech industries.
Natalia has extensive experience in contracting and strategic alliances in the healthcare sector, advice on financing, pricing and market, promotion and advertising. She has also experience as litigator in her areas of practice, with a special focus in regulatory and compliance law issues and public procurement litigation.
Natalia holds a Master's degree in Corporate Legal Advice from Instituto de Empresa Business School and she is a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2005. She studied his Lawyer Degree at Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM).
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons in 2024, Natalia worked for 20 years in the Public Law practice area of an international law firm.
