Nadine advises clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues: from complex and sensitive ER matters, to litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and buy and sell side deals.

She joined the legal profession from a career in broadcast journalism, enabling her to provide legal advice from a unique perspective considering both legal and PR risk. This, combined with her in house experience at a leading technology company and an asset management company, has made her known for providing commercial and pragmatic advice.

Recent experience includes:

  • managing multiple Employment Tribunal cases for a US multinational technology company (all resolved in the company's favour);
  • successfully exiting an employee alleging that they were a whistleblower;
  • advising on TUPE obligations in an insolvency situation; and
  • successfully defending an employment status case brought by over 25 claimants.
