Nathalie is an Associate of Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg's Corporate, M&A practice, working on national & international transactions advising clients on Luxembourg corporate matters such as the implementation of national and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and capital in-/decreases.
Nathalie studied law in France, Germany, and Ireland. She graduated from Université Paris Nanterre (France) in 2020 with a Master’s degree in French-German law after having completed the five year integrated and bilingual French-German Legal Studies offered in coordination between the Université Paris Nanterre (France) and the Universität Potsdam (Germany). She further graduated from Trinity College Dublin (Ireland) in 2020 with her Master of Laws (LL.M) (first class honours and distinction) in International and European Business Law.
She is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar since 2021 and she has, prior to joining Simmons & Simmons in September 2024, worked for three years in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of a major Luxembourg law firm.
Nathalie is fluent in Luxemburgish, German, English and French.
