Laura is an of council advising on a wide range of structured capital markets products, encompassing structured notes programmes, complex repackagings and structured credit products.
Laura also has experience of risk sharing and synthetic securitisation transactions structured as financial guarantees and acts for a range of arrangers and investors in these products, including public sector institutions.
