Johannes Schröder is an associate in our Düsseldorf office and part of the Dispute Resolution practice group.
Johannes focuses on litigation, arbitration, and compliance. He regularly represents clients in criminal matters (including Internet fraud) and anti-bribery matters. In addition, Johannes is involved in high-profile litigation cases in Germany, including for clients active in the steel industry or banking sector. Johannes also represents individuals (suspects and/or witnesses) in criminal cases.
Johannes regularly publishes articles on different civil and criminal law topics. He is an author in an esteemed legal commentary on class action proceedings in Germany.
