Nicoló is an Associate in the Tax Department at Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg LLP. Nicoló’s assists domestic and international clients on Luxembourg tax-related matters, covering both direct and indirect taxation. His area of practice involves implementing and advising on structures for corporate clients, institutional investors and investments funds.

Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Nicoló worked for a year in the tax department of a big four where he gained experience in international tax planning for multinational enterprises and investment funds.

Nicoló speaks Italian, English, French, and holds two Masters degrees in International Business Law and in International Business Management from the University of Varese (“LIUC”). He also holds a Master of Science (“MsC”) in Management from Hult International Business School.
