Kenza specialises in employment law and advises French and international companies on employment relations, both on contentious and non-contentious cases, in particular on issues related to the conclusion, performance, and termination of employment contracts.
She advises companies on the collective aspects of labour law and on their relationship with the employee representatives, by negotiating collective agreements and internal policies. Kenza also assists on corporate reorganisations, in particular with respect to information and consultation obligations.
Kenza holds a Master Degree in Business Law (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE) from the University of Paris II – Assas. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022 and joined Simmons & Simmons in January 2024.
