Katia is part of the International Funds Group at Simmons & Simmons.
She acts for private fund managers and in particular advises in relation to the structuring and establishment of a broad range of funds type: venture, growth capital, buy-out, fund of funds, co-investment, mezzanine, debt, special situations and infrastructure.
More generally, Katia advises on regulatory and fund-related issues (AIFM approval, AIFMD, PRIIPS, etc.). Katia also advises management companies and funds, in particular on the compliance of their ESG procedures.
Katia holds a Master’s degree in Business law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons in 2023, Katia had several work experiences within fund managers and major law firms in France and Luxembourg.
