Lena is a counsel in our Frankfurt office and specialises on structured finance transactions, in particular real estate finance transactions as well as international project finance, export and trade finance transactions.
Lena advises banks, financial institutions, funds and sponsors on all aspects of real estate finance- and restructuring, including mortgage loans, loans to be refinanced by German covered bonds (Pfandbriefe), senior and mezzanine loans and real estate development finance.
Another focus of her practice are domestic and foreign project finance transactions, in particular renewable transactions as well as oil and gas pipelines financings.
Lena has extensive experience in restructurings as well as sanctions.
