She acts for private credit / alternative lenders, institutional investors, investment banks, private equity sponsors, specialty finance companies and corporate borrowers on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions. Her experience includes advising on secured senior and mezzanine loans / intercreditor arrangements, real estate investment and development loans, borrowing base facilities advanced against consumer credit receivables / warehouse financings, annual recurring revenue loans, acquisition financings, general corporate lending, green and sustainable loans, loan-on-loans, syndication and loan restructurings.
