Pia Kemmerer is a member of our Frankfurt real estate team. She advises institutional investors as well as project developers on all aspects of real estate investment transactions and developments, including legal issues relating to commercial tenancy law and public law.
Pia Kemmerer studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, focusing on international and European commercial and business law. She gained further experience while staying abroad at the University of Linköping in Sweden in 2017. Pia Kemmerer also holds a Master of Law (LL.M. Eur.) in European Law, completed at the European Institute of Leiden University in the Netherlands in 2021. She concluded her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main in 2023.
Pia Kemmerer has already gained practical experience as a research assistant in the field of real estate law in various national and international law firms and deepened her knowledge as a trainee lawyer in our firm. In particular, she has gained experience in connection with real estate transactions, project developments and issues relating to commercial tenancy law and public law.
