Gaëtan assists French and international clients on all aspects of French employment law, whether in collective or individual matters.
His work includes drafting of the employment documentation (from the commencement to the termination of the employment relationship), the conduct of dismissal processes, negotiations and settlement agreements, collective bargaining, collective redundancies and social aspects of corporate restructuring.
His practice encompasses legal advice and litigation.
Gaëtan is qualified as a French lawyer and joined Simmons & Simmons in 2023. He holds an LLB in English and French Law from King’s College London and a postgraduate degree in Employment and Social Security law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
