Anne-Sophie practices in our Financial Markets team based in Dubai. Anne-Sophie qualified as a lawyer in Belgium and has more than four years’ experience in investment funds spent in Luxembourg.
Anne-Sophie advises on all legal, corporate and regulatory aspects in relation to the structuring of investment funds with diverse asset classes and strategies, as well as their subsequent fundraisings and negotiations with investors. In addition, she performs investor-side reviews and due diligence for asset managers, investment firms and other financial and governmental institutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Anne-Sophie was part of the investment funds practice at a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg. She is fluent in English and French.
