Jennifer is a Partner in the firm’s Structured Finance and Derivatives group, specialising in securitisation and asset-backed finance.

With extensive experience across a wide range of structures and asset classes, Jennifer advises on transactions involving residential and commercial mortgages, unsecured consumer debt, SME loans, non-performing loans, trade receivables, and other esoteric assets. Her practice spans both domestic UK deals and complex cross-border projects.

Jennifer regularly works with originators, arrangers, lead managers, investors, service providers, and other market participants on a variety of asset-backed finance and securitisation transactions. These include private warehouse transactions, forward-flow arrangements, specialty finance, secured corporate lending, public securitisations (Reg. S and 144A), and large portfolio acquisitions.

Jennifer has authored numerous articles and contributed to thought leadership publications on securitisation and asset-backed finance. She is also a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences, sharing insights on market trends and developments.

Jennifer read law at the University of Oxford. Based in the London office, she brings a global perspective to her work, having spent two years in Paris and over a decade at a “Magic Circle” firm in London, prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, including a secondment to a major US investment bank.
