Enrico is a managing associate in the Real Estate team in Milan. He advises primary operators and investment funds on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and portfolios, development and redevelopment projects, financing, joint ventures, and leasing.
Enrico has experience in advising both domestic and international investors, real estate funds, corporations, financial institutions, and asset management companies in transactions involving commercial, residential, hotels and industrial assets.
Enrico has also gained significant experience in corporate matters, including extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing assistance to corporate clients.
