Ryan is a supervising associate in the Employment group and advises on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Ryan has experience of Employment Tribunal litigation involving claims of unfair dismissal, as well as sex, race and disability discrimination, on behalf of a number of large organisations. Ryan’s non-contentious experience includes advising on day to day employment matters, including grievance and disciplinary issues, data subject access requests, employment documentation, termination issues, redundancy exercises and assisting with multi-jurisdictional employment projects.
Ryan joined Simmons & Simmons LLP in 2020 as a trainee and qualified as an associate into the firm’s Employment group in September 2022. He is currently a Council Member of the Bristol Law Society.
