Ed is a supervising associate in the corporate group based in our Bristol office.
He advises a broad range of clients (buy-side and sell-side) on both public M&A and domestic and cross-border private M&A, as well as investment transactions, reorganisations, and general corporate and commercial matters.
He also has experience acting for issuers and sponsors on a number of IPOs and secondary raises across both the main market and AIM.
