Melanie works in the financial markets sector, specialising in asset management and regulatory law. She advises regulated investors, insurance companies and asset managers, with particular emphasis on the structuring and acquisition of investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds.
Melanie studied law at the University of Munster and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in "White Collar Crime".
