Lukasz specialises in international debt capital markets and structured finance transactions.
His experience includes advising issuers, banks, institutional investors, delegates, corporate trustees and agents across the full range of debt instruments, including stand-alone bond issues (secured and unsecured), MTN and ECP programmes, debenture stock, sukuk and other Islamic finance structures, high-yield bonds (Reg S and Rule 144A), retail bonds, equity-linked bonds, regulatory capital securities (Additional Tier 1 and Tier 2), project bonds, securitisations, ABS, repacks, structured finance products and management liability actions.
He has acted for international banks and corporate trustees located in the US, Europe, MENA and APAC.
Lukasz joined our Debt Capital Markets team in London in 2022. Before that, he spent time working in London, Hong Kong and Sydney. He was also seconded to the largest UK retail and commercial financial services provider.
