Cristina specialises in employment law and her expertise extends to all the legal matters related to human resources.
Cristina is a supervising associate in our Employment group in Milan. She advises on labour and employment issues both domestic and international clients operating in a wide variety of industry sectors, in a range of HR related matters, with particular reference to employment relationships (including executive employment relationship), freelance, and agency matters.
She advises businesses on all matters pertaining to the management of labour relations with staff, from the drafting of employment contracts (or other forms of working relationships), to the termination of employment relationships.
She also acts in employment issues relating to M&A insurance, transactions, transfers of business, corporate restructurings, and collective dismissals, providing assistance in all the industrial relations matter. Cristina also assists in the field of M&A insurance.
