Adam is a financial markets lawyer in our Frankfurt office and a Solicitor in England and Wales.
Adam advises leading banks, asset managers and financial institutions on complex capital markets and structured finance transactions, including securitisation notes, debt issuance programmes, standalone bonds, derivatives, and structured products.
He takes a robust approach to regulatory compliance and cross-border mandates, collaborating with multi-jurisdictional teams in Frankfurt, London, and Dubai on banking and finance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam practiced as a business lawyer at Arvato Bertelsmann and qualified as a lawyer in Aleppo, Syria. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from FH Bielefeld and Aleppo University.
Adam is fluent in German, English, and Arabic.
